Italian Garlic & Fresh Herbs Butter

October 3, 2017 by Keren 1 Comment

A simple and quick way to improve any dish with this Italian garlic & fresh herbs butter. Add it to any meal: Pasta, roasted veggies, tofu bites, fish, meat or just smear it generously on a thick piece of fresh bread – anything goes.

This also makes a great gift, I buy cute little jars and pipe the butter in there so it looks extra special!

How to make it

You’ll just need a few ingredients, fresh parsley, fresh chives, raw garlic, butter of course, parmesan, salt & pepper to taste

Add everything to your food processor and let it chop and mix it up for you, takes only a few minutes!

Scrape the sides off every couple minutes to make sure all of that yumminess meets in there

That’s it! Easy right? Now just place it in a airtight container and into the fridge, it will stay good for about 2 weeks and up to a month in the freezer!
