Colourful Italian Pasta Salad
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Bag (500 grams) colored swirl pasta
  • 140g Kalamata olives
  • 5 Roasted peppers, cut in large cubes
  • 150 grams feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 Tbsp Fresh Oregano, chopped
  • 3 Garlic Cloves, sliced thinly
  • 1 Handful Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste
Instructions
  1. Boil water with salt and cook pasta al dente as instructed on the package
  2. Mix all the ingredients together and stir to combine
  3. Keep refrigerated in covered bowl
